Don’t Fear the Reaper: Green Customer Satisfaction Factors for Senior Meal Delivery Services

Abstract

The present study examined delivery services to the senior citizens and conducted the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the green meal delivery to compare and construct the satisfaction and importance factors. Through convenient sampling, it selected 273 seniors as its subjects and considered the quality of raw materials, delivery, and service as the dimensions of satisfaction and importance of food delivery. Based on the IPA of the meal delivery service to the senior citizens, this study concludes that "holiday foods" shall be maintained. As to "food taste", "diversity of ingredients", "insulation", "serving” and "nutrition" shall be primarily improved. And "meal appearance" and "colors" shall be secondarily improved. There were no factors in Quadrant 4.
